Returns/ Refund Policy

All orders placed are made according to customer specifications, therefore we cannot return and/or refund any items after 24 hours of purchase. Please notify us immediately if an error was made during the ordering process.

If you receive a damaged product please notify us as soon as possible so the proper steps can be taken to correct the matter. If this involves us sending a replacement product we will do our best to send it in a timely matter. We cannot refund and/or replace any products unless notified within 7 days of receiving your order.


Shipping/ Fulfillment

Once an order is placed items go into production within 24 hours. Most orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days, however depending on items ordered (i.e. Liquid Doming) and order back log, items may take 7-10 days to ship. If longer delays are expected we will do our best to notify customers.

After your order is placed and payment has been received your order will be switched to "awaiting shipment" in your account. Your order will stay in "awaiting shipment" until it ships. Upon shipment you will receive tracking information from the USPS, and your order will be marked as shipped in your account on our website.


All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail
